Puriri Lane | Veronica spictata | Alba

Veronica spictata | Alba

Regular price $12.00

Veronica spicata Alba is a low quick-growing, spreading perennial that is excellent for use as a ground cover.  From about December through to March it produces a near-endless profusion of white 30cm flower spikes creating an impressive sea of summer interest. This flurry of white flower spikes stands tall above the serrated waxy green foliage.

A plant that is not only popular with butterflies and bees, it is also an excellent choice for the front of any border as well as growing in a container.  Also, an excellent cut flower that lasts well in a vase, so popular with florists.  Plants can be divided in early spring or autumn.

Plants are happiest in full sun but will tolerate part shade and are heat and drought tolerant once established.

Height 35- 40cm with flower stems x 60cm Wide

Perennial | Hardy

Plant size: PB2 - Equivalent 1.2 litres
