perfect for pollinators

This is also what most of us just call Rosemary!

Well known as a culinary herb, and especially for flavouring lamb and mediterranean dishes, this is a beautiful white form so does double duty in the garden whilst looking great as well as being a useful herb.

This particular variety is an erect bushy shrub, with aromatic narrow leaves, dark green above, and white below. In late winter and spring the shrub is covered with white flowers, which bees love.

Maintenance is easy, simply trim after flowering to maintain shape and encourage fresh growth. The perfect choice for a dry sunny spot, just be sure to pop it in a spot that gets good drainage as the plants do not appreciate wet feet.

This plant is hardy and is suited to not only the potager garden but just at home in a cottage garden, a coastal site or for those of you who love the white and green combination of flowers.

Perfect for picking and drying and of course Rosemary is the symbol of remembrance so a lovely little touch to a bridal corsage or buttonhole.
