Achillea millefolium | Taylors Pink
Taylors Pink Achillea is an American selection which has striking rose pink flowers that fade to lilac. Achilleas are so easy care and are a must have plant in a cottage garden, naturalistic and wildflower garden, but they look equally stunning in your perennial border. Bees and butterflies are also a fan of Achillea. Taylors Pink also makes an excellent cut flower as it lasts well in a vase, just be sure to strip the stems of foliage to ensure the water stays clean. Easy care and drought resistant once established. Full sun will give you the best blooms from late Summer right through into autumn. The more you harvest the flowers, the more you will be rewarded with new ones. You can also shear the plants back after the first flowering to encourage more compact growth and repeat flowers. Easily split at really any time of the year as long as you keep them moist until they become established.
