Catananche caerulea | Amor Blue
Also known as Cupids Dart, Catananche caerulea is a clump-forming perennial with pretty lavender blue coloured flowers with dark centres held on wiry stems that come from a basal clump of grassy grey-green coloured leaves. The flowers are papery and make great dried flowers as well as making a great flower for picking. Position full sun position in a well-drained position. The more you cut the flowers, the more you will be rewarded with lots more! Trim back after flowering at the end of summer. Can be divided in spring or root cuttings in winter.
