Cosmos bipinnatus | Cupcakes White
Instead of having separate petals like most cosmos, Cosmos Cupcakes has all of its petals fused into one single cup, completely changing the normally daisy-looking flower, have a look at the photo I took in our garden as it just a stunning flower and I managed to capture its perfection if I do say so myself! You can also see it in our cutting garden mixed in with the pink variety here at Puriri Lane.
Cupcakes is easy to grow and particularly free-flowering on tall bushy plants ideal for both the border, container growing. and of course the cut flower garden. Cosmos 'Cupcakes' even copes well come rain, shine or drought. This variety is grown by many of our Flower Farmers due to the fact that is is such a great producer of flowers - the trick to this high yield is cutting, the more you cut the more they flower! Full sun will ensure that your plants flower their little hearts out all through the summer months.
Make sure you add this pretty dainty flower into your garden this season.
Be sure to check out our perennial cosmos.
