perfect for pollinators

Miel des Collines honey is produced by Bee Keeper Pauline Dogniez's at her farm overlooking the beautiful remote and pristine Aotea Harbour near Raglan surrounded by native bush featuring predominantly Rewarewa, Manuka and Kanuka trees.

Miel des Collines is french for "honey from the hills"

Pauline who is originally is from France and now living in New Zealand produces limited quantities of artisan raw honey from her 25 beehives.  Her limited amount of hives means that she can ensure her bees receive a high level of care.

Miel des Collines Rewarewa honey is unprocessed raw honey meaning that is will naturally crystallise which gives this honey its beautiful texture.

This Rewarewa honey is flavoursome and rich and beautifully presented with a gold foiled label that features our New Zealand native Tui and Bellbird.  Both the Tui and the Bellbird share the nectar of the Rewarewa flowers with the bees.

A stunning honey to devour on hot buttered toast or to give as a beautiful gift representing a piece of New Zealand.

Mix Rewarewa Honey with soy sauce and organic citrus juice, to create a delicious marinade for your meat, fish or vegetables.

Also available in a Multi Floral Honey - be sure to check out Pauline's beautiful range of botanical and bee inspired stationery that we have available.
