Phygelius aequalis

Regular price $12.00

Phygelius aequalis or Cape Fuchsias are a native of South Africa but are surprisingly hardy perennials. Plants grow to make a bushy, upright mound of green foliage, that bear showy clusters of fuchsia-like flowers beginning in mid-summer and continuing into autumn.

This beautiful selection has creamy-lemon blooms, a wonderful shade that will blend well with most plants.  Phygelius flowers are great for cutting. Happy in full sun to partial shade.  Prune in later winter to early spring to encourage bushy growth using sharp secateurs

In frost-prone areas, shelter from cold winds and protect with mulch

Height 1.5m x 1m Wide

Plant size: PB2 - Equivalent 1.2 litres
