Seed Bombs | Bee Blend
Bees need our help... LOVE OUR KIWI BEES...
These little seed bombs will keep your bees very happy. Simply "Throw and Grow" the seed bombs where you are wanting them to grow and up will pop a blend of Wildflowers - Cornflowers, Echium, Phacelia, Poppy, Red Clover, Rudbeckia, Salvia and Thyme - a complete smorgasbord!
The easiest gardening around - Each seed bomb is uniquely designed to preserve the seeds until the conditions are ready for germination. They break apart on contact with moisture and contain all of the nutrients and organic materials needed to support germination.
This seed mix was created in conjunction with Steve Wratten who is the Professor for the Bio-Protection Research Centre at Lincoln University and bug expert Rudd Kleinpaste so you know this selection of seed is the absolute best for our bees.
They are packaged in a little reusable organic muslin drawstring bag and contain six seed bombs which will give you enough to create one square metre of bee heaven.
A great gift for children or beginner gardeners or simply anyone who is wanting to provide food for our bees!
Made in New Zealand
We also have seed bombs available for Butterflies, Ladybugs and Edible Flowers
Like all seeds these are living things and seed bombs are in a media to encourage growth and as such should be planted in the season of purchase.
