Trifolium, or Clover, is a native wildflower of Britain and Ireland. This lovely clover is equally at home on wet and dry grassland, in woodland gardens and can be used as a fast-growing ground cover, attracting both bees and butterflies in droves during their October to March flowering period.
Trifolium ochreuleucon is a bushy, upright, clump-forming, herbaceous perennial that has mid-green leaflets and attractive large creamy buds that open into dense racemes of tiny, lemony coloured flowers from mid to late spring.
An excellent cut and dried flowers so a perfect choice for those Flower Farmers wanting something a bit different. This lovely plant also works as a green fertiliser by adding nitrogen to the soil. It will also help break up denser soils and helps to prevents erosion. Plants in a full sun position.
