Trifolium reubens | Red Feathers
Trifolium, or Clover, is a native wildflower of Britain and Ireland. This lovely clover is equally at home on wet and dry grassland, in woodland gardens and can be used as a fast-growing ground cover, attracting both bees and butterflies in droves during their October to March flowering period.
Trifolium reubens Red Feathers is a bushy, upright, clump-forming, herbaceous perennial that has mid-green leaflets and attractive silvery buds that open into dense racemes of tiny, deep reddish-purple flowers from mid to late spring.
An excellent cut and dried flowers so a perfect choice for those Flower Farmers wanting something a bit different. This lovely plant also works as a green fertiliser by adding nitrogen to the soil. It will also help break up denser soils and helps to prevents erosion. Plants in a full sun position.

- Our freight is calculated by weight and volume. For plant orders, you may wish to order the maximum number of plants that will fit in a box to make freight more cost-effective or perhaps share an order with a friend
- Plant orders will only be dispatched on Monday's and Tuesday's this will ensure that your order is not held in a depot over the weekend
- All parcels are set at "Authority to leave" which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property
- Most NZ Post deliveries are a two-day service with the exception of rural and South Island delivery which may add up to two days.
