This beautiful felted Easter wreath is another one of the beautiful products designed by Danish sisters Gry and Sif. Each piece is intricately made by hand from 100% New Zealand wool under World Fair Trade Organisation practices in Nepal. So it can truly be said that En Gry & Sif is a beautiful and thoughtful coming together of Denmark, Nepal and New Zealand.
Each piece is decorated by hand and is something so wonderful to behold and treasure, and in time to pass down to the next generation.
These delightful pieces are each one of a kind and as such, there will always be small differences in every one. They will create such beautiful Easter memories for the entire family for many years to come - a family heirloom.

About Emma Bridgewater
Emma Bridgewater, the company, began in 1985, after Emma tried and failed to find a birthday present for her mum. She wanted a beautiful but practical piece of pottery and came to the conclusion she’d just have to design it herself: “That was my eureka moment. I realised there was a gap in the market for pottery that was beautiful and practical – pottery for a relaxed, colourful, mismatched life.” Today the company is run by Emma and her husband Matthew Rice, and new designs come from both of them. All their pottery is made in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British pottery, and they’re proud to be one of the largest employers of potters in the area.
Today they’ve expanded into tins and home textiles, but Emma and Matthew only design things that they love and want to use at home themselves, which gives their patterns a unique warmth.

Easter is at time where you can create a lovely theme and this dear little set of 8 coloured eggs in shades of gree, mustard, rose and berry shades would look lovely hanging from your Easter tree!
Just get a terracotta pot or similar and find a nicely shaped branch and put it into the pot. Get some plaster of paris and set it into the pot and decorate your pot for easter. You could decoupage the pot using some of our bunny themed serviettes which you can find here.
Keep an eye on our GARDEN JOURNAL in mid March where I will show you how to make one of these trees for your Easter celebrations along with some ideas on how to dye and decorate eggs.
You can then hang these little eggs in either a group or you could split them and hang them on your easter tree. Price works out at $3.37 per egg.

About Emma Bridgewater
Emma Bridgewater, the company, began in 1985, after Emma tried and failed to find a birthday present for her mum. She wanted a beautiful but practical piece of pottery and came to the conclusion she’d just have to design it herself: “That was my eureka moment. I realised there was a gap in the market for pottery that was beautiful and practical – pottery for a relaxed, colourful, mismatched life.” Today the company is run by Emma and her husband Matthew Rice, and new designs come from both of them. All their pottery is made in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British pottery, and they’re proud to be one of the largest employers of potters in the area.
Today they’ve expanded into tins and home textiles, but Emma and Matthew only design things that they love and want to use at home themselves, which gives their patterns a unique warmth.

These are a great Easter option for gifting which you can fill or they also look great hanging on a branch as an Easter Tree decoration for a table centerpiece.
Simply find a branch shape that you like and either leave it natural or spray paint it a colour that goes with your Easter themed table. Find a pot that suits that is the right size so that the branch does not look too top heavy. You can purchase a small bag of mortar at your local hardware store. Secure your branch in the mortar and let it dry and then decorate with your eggs and tie a ribbon around the pot. You can use moss to cover the mortar.
