This beautiful Spirea is a graceful and elegant compact shrub growing to 1.5 metres tall & wide and makes a lovely statement in the spring garden. Its soft foliage is thick and blue-green in appearance. White flowers occur in late spring to early summer and completely cover the plant on the previous year's wood. The leaves turn from dark blue-green to an attractive pale yellow in autumn for even more interest!
Plant it in a butterfly garden or as a specimen in your landscape. Use the Snowmound Spirea for mass planting, borders, foundation plantings, hedges, or as beautiful fresh-cut flowers for your home.
Loves a sunny or part shady spot.
Can be trimmed back for shape after flowering and add compost around its base to keep it happy.

- Auckland City | $12 minimum
- Middle North Island | $15 minimum
- Rest of North Island | $16 minimum
- South Island | $25 minimum
Please note... Shipping to South Island is applied as Economy by default. If you wish to upgrade your order to overnight courier, please add this to the note section of your order or get in touch with us and we will contact you with the price difference and await your confirmation.
If your order exceeds shipping rates (Shipping rates are calculated to 24kg maximum = approx. 24 x 1 Litre sized plants), please contact us for assistance at hello@puririlaneaddenbrooke.co.nz to organize shipping arrangements.
Upon checking out, the freight charged is applied based on weight and your location, including rural destinations.
- All of our orders are dispatched using NZ Post which is a fully tracked service
- Our freight is calculated by weight and volume. For plant orders, you may wish to order the maximum number of plants that will fit in a box to make freight more cost-effective or perhaps share an order with a friend
- Plant orders will only be dispatched on Monday's and Tuesday's this will ensure that your order is not held in a depot over the weekend
- All parcels are set at "Authority to leave" which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property
- Most NZ Post deliveries are a two-day service with the exception of rural and South Island delivery which may add up to two days.
