One of the endearing qualities of Achillea that we love is the beautiful mosaic of colours that are achieved as the flowers age. Flowerburst (Red Shades) is just that. So many shades of red from deep red, to rose to lavender. A showstopper in the garden and a lovely filler in a bouquet. You can't go past Achilleas as a must-have plant in a cottage garden, naturalistic and wildflower garden, but they look equally stunning in your perennial border.
A must for lovers of bees and butterflies as the flat umbels of flowers really attract pollinators to your garden. A flower arrangers dream flower given the mosaic of colours in one flower as well as the longevity in a vase.
We have so many varieties of Achillea in our garden and we love them all! Easy care and drought resistant once established. Full sun will give you the best blooms from late summer right through into autumn. It's not hard to get addicted to these gorgeous flowers...you will love them too!

Please note... Shipping to South Island is applied as Economy by default. If you wish to upgrade your order to overnight courier, please add this to the note section of your order or get in touch with us and we will contact you with the price difference and await your confirmation.
If your order exceeds shipping rates (Shipping rates are calculated to 24kg maximum = approx. 24 x 1 Litre sized plants), please contact us for assistance at hello@puririlaneaddenbrooke.co.nz to organize shipping arrangements.
Upon checking out, the freight charged is applied based on weight and your location, including rural destinations.
- All of our orders are dispatched using NZ Post which is a fully tracked service
- Our freight is calculated by weight and volume. For plant orders, you may wish to order the maximum number of plants that will fit in a box to make freight more cost-effective or perhaps share an order with a friend
- Plant orders will only be dispatched on Monday's and Tuesday's this will ensure that your order is not held in a depot over the weekend
- All parcels are set at "Authority to leave" which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property
- Most NZ Post deliveries are a two-day service with the exception of rural and South Island delivery which may add up to two days.
